Why Choose Mindful30?

This is the sixth year of this revered program. Here’s what past Mindful30 participants have to say.

“Thank you for the course. I really appreciated it and I looked forward to it every day. I was going through a really rough patch and it came at the right time for support for me.”

“Please know that Mindful30 was extremely important to me and my quest for healthy living. I believe that my meditation practice was enhanced. I am glad to be a member of Mindful30 🙂 Thank you.”

“I loved experiencing such a rich variety of presenters and what they offered. It kept me curious and inspired me to practice 28 of the 30 days. Even though there was something new to support each day’s practice, there was also a lovely continuity expressed throughout the month.”
